Warehouse Associates / Materials Handlers
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Associate/Materials Handler, youll play a key role in daily operations—receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. This hands-on position is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented team players who thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or pickup
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Ensure safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse space
- Communicate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6+ months of warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer/data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Forklift certification a plus (can be provided on the job for the right candidate)
