What We're Looking For

We're seeking entrepreneurial 1099 recruiters who are ready to hustle, work remotely, and earn commission by helping us source both clients and candidates. If you're looking for a traditional salaried job, this isn't it. What You'll Do

• Source and engage clients (employers) who need recruiting and staffing support
• Source, screen, and submit candidates for open positions (industrial, skilled trades, professional, management, etc.)
• Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
• Collaborate with our founder and small team to improve processes and deliver results
• Help us expand our reach and reputation in the region and beyond
• Contribute to business development, outreach, and service offerings as we scale

Who You Are

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with commission-based work
• Experienced in recruiting, staffing, or sales (preferred, but not required—hustle and attitude matter most)
• Eager to help build and grow a business, not just fill jobs
• Comfortable sourcing both clients and candidates
• Value honest, direct communication and relationship-driven business
• Located in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.
