Position Overview

We’re seeking motivated, entrepreneurial Recruiters to join our team as Remote Recruiting Partners. This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor role—perfect for experienced recruiters who want flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for client roles (industrial, skilled trades, professional, management, and more)
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake calls, job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
  • Use ATS/CRM and sourcing tools to track pipelines and activity
  • Collaborate with the Bayou team on recruiting projects and business development
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and uphold our standards of transparency and follow-through

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate evaluation skills
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Breezy HR, Zoho Recruit, etc. a plus)
  • Experience recruiting for industrial, technical, skilled trades, or professional roles preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Home office setup with reliable internet
